Sprouting Instructions
Yields approximately 1 Cup (1/2 lb.) of Sprouts
You can follow Fenugreek instructions - they'll be close to exact. The only addition we have is this: Taste the seeds raw and the sprouts at EVERY RINSE. We don't know if they are best like Beans - with just a tiny sprout, or leafy, like Alfalfa. As always it is a matter of personal preference. We'll add specific instructions when we learn more. Remember that the yield will be approximately 4:1, so in theory you can start with as much as 1/4 as much dry seed as your Sprouter has capacity. Printable Sprouting Instructions
Coming Soon. | Description Hemp seed is crunchy when raw - very tasty! We liked the seed so much we ate most of it raw - it is seriously good!!! The sprouts vary depending on how long you grow them. We've only grown them once and don't really remember how they tasted. We'll try to get more seed and fill this in.

We are many years older than when we started and our days are too short and made up of too few hours to do everything.
