Sprouting for your Feathered FriendsWe have offered sprout mixes for birds for several years now, as they were requested by so many of you Aviculturists. We love animals but we know little about the care and feeding of birds besides the starling we raised from a chick and the dozen chickens we kept when we lived in rural Southern Illinois. All of the bird info on our pages is currently borrowed from bird web sites and we suggest that you visit them for information and help in all things avian.Our experience is as professional sprout growers and sprout eaters. In the 12 years we were professional growers, we grew over 200 tons of sprouts, by hand (rinsing and draining 2-3 times a day over a sink, just like you), so we know a whole lot about sprouting. We have eaten a whole lot of sprouts and have fed them to our dogs and cats, but since we don't have birds we can't assist you excepting in sprouting procedure. We love to help home sprouters, so if you have a sprouting question and can't find the answer on our site,
