NOTE: We do NOT ship via UPS Ground to AK and HI

We usually ship orders in 1-3 days of receiving them, but the more orders we get the longer it takes us to ship. The holidays usher in our busy season (which peaks in January - April), so expect us to possibly take a day or two longer to fill your orders.

UPS will make its last Christmas Delivery on
Thursday 12/24.

We can not guarantee that orders placed after 7AM PST on 12/23 will ship before the holidays, but we'll certainly try.

We want to get your presents to you and yours before Christmas. We will ship every order that can make it, in time to make it. We ship from San Francisco so there is a wide range when it comes to transit time.
Here is the breakdown, if you live ....

West of the Rocky Mountains**; Order by
December 18 and you can choose UPS Ground
On December 19-20 choose 2nd Day Air
On December 21-23 (Noon PST) choose Next Day Air.

East of Rockies; Order by
December 16 and you can choose UPS Ground
On December 17-18 choose UPS 3- Day
On December 19-20 choose 2nd Day Air
On December 21-23 (Noon PST) choose Next Day Air.

*Postal shipping is very unpredictable, but if you have no other choice rest assured that we will get your package to the Post Office as soon as possible. In theory Priority Mail should get to you if you order by 12/20, regardless of where you are (in the U.S.)

** If you live in the Bay area you may choose UPS Ground if you order by 12/21

An email is sent to you when your order ships. UPS' will allow you to track your package. These emails often end up in your spam/junk folder, so check there if you don't see it. PLEASE do not ask us where your package is unless you're absolutely sure you don't have this email - it takes up valuable time that will result. in other folks' shipments being delayed
